Look Down from Up

I was babysitting in the city this weekend. While they were out at church, and I was tidying, I heard a noise from the kids bedroom. I went to see what it was. A hat fell from on top of the dresser, a hard hat, so it made a boom. 'My Angels must have wanted me to come in here for some reason' I thought, 'but for what'. I couldn't think of anything so I went and sat by the window, watching and waiting. Then I looked down. It was a chilly greyish winter morning - no snow yet but no leaves on the trees. Directly below me was someone all bundled up, standing there sketching the Diner across the street. I thought that was what I was meant to see, as a reminder to always look at things through the eyes of an artist. I could see clearly the sketch - the bold color oh shit - I can't continue. I am totally distracted. I will have to pick up where I left off tommorow. You must understand....
