4 44

4 is the number of Angels. It means, when you see the number 4, or 44, or 444 (etc..) that Angels are watching and guiding the situation. Doreen Virtue says: Number-sequence interpretation is an easy way to receive messages from your angels. Numerals are everywhere, from digital clocks to billboards to license plates. Each number has a unique vibrational frequency relating directly to its meaning. This ancient wisdom harkens back to great teachers such as Hermes, Plato, and Pythagoras. Pythagoras said that everything in the Universe is mathematically precise, and each number has its own vibration, meaning, and virtue". Today is election day in the Excited States of America. The one who is elected will be the 44th President. Today being the 4th of November, I can't help but feel comforted by the numerological aspect. It is a little odd-bod that I woke up this morning with a Canadian commercial tune buzzing through my head "Wake up! Hey Canada wake up! Today is a McCain day! Wake up to McCain!" Humming the tune I suddenly realised what day it was and the nature of the jingles lyrical content. I immediately cleansed myself in the proverbial Gange. The truth is, it is all going to unfold the way it is going to unfold and we will all find out the outcome sooner then later. Another part of the truth is that Chief Seattle, Grandfather William Commanda and Orville Looking Horse are not and have never been part of the running. We are in changing times no matter which way you shake it and when the Mayan calendar talks of endtimes, it means the end of times as we know them. On another note, yesterday was the first day off I've had in about a month. Like, real don't have to do a thing day off. Alycea, my roomate, and I stayed in all day long. At about 1:30 in the afternoon we decided it would be a good idea to watch a movie. I pipe up with "Have you seen the first season of LOST?" She has not, so, I cued it up and warned her that it is highly addictive and we may never leave the house until we have watched the entire season. At 7pm Marcos, her man, walked in, and we were shocked to see that the time had flown by - we were still watching. We invited him to join, with warning, since whenever one episode ends we all say "One more. Just one more." All told we watched 11 episodes, and retired to our quarters just after midnight. I was so blown away, once again, by some of the dialogue, that I announced that I was going to start writing a mini-series this week. "What will it be about?" Marcos and Alycea inquired. To which I replied that it would of course be about a Canadian Girl who moved into a brownstone in Spanish Harlem with a couple, the man from Spain and the girl an American. Having noted earlier that Mathew Fox used to be in the show Party of 5 (which has got to be the stupidest name for a series ever), we also noted that the show would of course be called Party of 3. Since we're on the topic of television, may I remind everyone of the two best shows ever: I can hear the opening tune. That show was genius. Maggie, Fleishman. Doesn't get much better than that. Oh, and of course: Happy 4th of November everybody. Que Sera, Sera. What will be, will be.

We have remarkably similar taste in TV shows. I am addicted to Lost and loved Northern Exposure.
